Financial Performance: Tractor Supply Company reported a 3.1% increase in net sales for Q4 2024, with comparable store sales rising by 0.6%. For the fiscal year, net sales reached nearly $14.9 billion, growing 2.2% year-over-year (YOY), while diluted earnings per share (EPS) set a record at $2.04. The digital sales business also achieved record sales, exceeding $1.1 billion.

Growth Forecast: For 2025, Tractor Supply projects net sales growth of 5% to 7%, translating to $15.6 billion to $15.9 billion, driven by new store openings (around 90), expansion of its Petsense stores, and the integration of the Allivet acquisition, which is expected to add more than $100 million to net sales.

Operational Initiatives: The company is focused on localization strategies to enhance store productivity, which is expected to deliver a low single digits lift in sales per square foot as around 25% of floor plans are tailored to meet local needs. Additionally, a strategic licensing partnership with Field & Stream is set to roll out hunting and outdoor products tailored to their customer base.
