Strong Revenue Growth: América Móvil reported a 13.8% year-on-year increase in revenue to MXN 234 billion for the second quarter. Prepaid Challenges: While there was a recovery in prepaid revenue, the company experienced net disconnections of 1.1 million prepaid subscribers. The overall trend in Brazil and across other Latin American countries suggests a shift from prepaid to postpaid services, which is a challenge but also a potential opportunity for increased revenue in the postpaid segment.
