John Moolenaar has been a U.S. Representative for Michigan since 2015. He is a member of the Republican Party. Moolenaar is a member of the House Committee on Appropriations and serves as the Chairman of the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party. He is also the co-chair of the Congressional School Choice Caucus and the Congressional Chemistry Caucus.
